About this role
A private family in Riyadh requires a UK & European-trained maternity nurse, on a permanent executive family care basis. The family asks for someone unobtrusive, thoughtful and consistently excellent, and nowhere more than in newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery. The family's calendar runs from Riyadh to Europe and back, and you follow it, with newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery in your hands wherever they stay. The family takes you on and contracts with you personally, and Medical Staff Talent only introduces and verifies you.
Requirements
- Only a maternity nurse registered in the UK or Europe will be considered, whose recent work has centred on newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery. We need 5+ years of qualified practice before introducing you, gained in settings where you worked largely unsupervised. Applications are considered from UK and European-trained clinicians only, a condition set by the family from the outset. Polished English is required for handovers, records and conversations with the family, and a firm commitment to confidentiality is non-negotiable. We complete verification of your registration and training before the family is involved, so the family meets only checked clinicians.
Benefits
- Remuneration starts from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family looks after your accommodation within its residence in Riyadh from arrival. Paid leave comes from the family and is written into your terms, and flights home are paid for by the family. The contract you sign is with the family, with no third party between you. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
