Requirements

• Candidates are practising maternity nurses whose registration sits in the UK or Europe, comfortable taking responsibility for newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery. Candidates should show 3+ years of hands-on practice since registering, since this role rewards steady, experienced judgement. The family has asked for clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe, with no exceptions for this mandate. Confident English is needed for clinical notes and precise conversation, and privacy is treated as part of the job description. Every certificate and licence is checked by us before you are put forward, with your details held in strict confidence.

Benefits

• The family offers a gross salary from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence in Dubai is the family's responsibility, with relocation arranged by the family. You receive paid annual leave under the family's contract, and the family also pays for flights back to your home country. The family issues the contract, and you sign it with them, with our work ending at the introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
