About this role
On behalf of a private family in Doha, we are introducing a UK & European-trained maternity nurse, for a long-term executive family care appointment. Discretion and composure matter as much as clinical skill here, with feeding, sleep and settling routines setting the pace of each day. You join the family on journeys from London to the Mediterranean coast, where keeping a newborn's routine steady across time zones is a standing part of the work. Appointment and contract sit with the family; Medical Staff Talent only introduces and verifies.
Requirements
- We need a maternity nurse holding active UK or European professional registration, comfortable taking responsibility for newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery. A track record of 3+ years after qualification is the minimum, since this role rewards steady, experienced judgement. We introduce only clinicians who trained in the UK or Europe, with no exceptions for this mandate. Clear, professional English is a must, from morning updates to written records, and privacy is treated as part of the job description. Your credentials are examined in full by us ahead of any introduction, with your details held in strict confidence.
Benefits
- The package is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence in Doha is provided by the family, with relocation arranged by the family. Annual leave, fully paid, is part of the family's offer, and the family also pays for flights back to your home country. Details of your package are settled directly with the family, with our work ending at the introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
