About this role
We are seeking a UK & European-trained maternity nurse to join a private family in Abu Dhabi, to take on the executive family care appointment. Warmth, composure and professionalism define the person the family wants, whether the day brings feeding, sleep and settling routines or an unexpected call. Moving between Abu Dhabi and the family's European addresses is routine, planning ahead for keeping a newborn's routine steady across time zones before each departure. The family appoints you, and you sign with them directly; Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies.
Requirements
- This post is for a maternity nurse trained and registered in the UK or Europe, ideally with hands-on strength in newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery. A career of 3 years since qualifying is required, preferably including one-to-one or private-practice work. This Abu Dhabi post is limited to clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe, a standard the family does not relax. The family's working language is English, and yours must be fluent, alongside absolute discretion about the family's affairs. Your professional history is verified by us before the introduction takes place, a step we never skip for a maternity nurse.
Benefits
- The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Living arrangements within the family's residence in Abu Dhabi are provided by the family. Annual leave is guaranteed in your contract with the family, and the family supports a settled, long-term working life in Abu Dhabi. Remuneration, leave and duties are put in writing by the family, with Medical Staff Talent introducing but never a party to it. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
