About this role
We are seeking a UK & European-trained maternity nurse to join a private family in Riyadh, to own the discreet maternity continuity brief. Warmth, composure and professionalism define the person the family wants, especially across feeding, sleep and settling routines. Moving between Riyadh and the family's European addresses is routine, so keeping a newborn's routine steady across time zones is planned in advance. The family appoints you, and you sign with them directly; we act as introducer and verifier, nothing more.
Requirements
- This post is for a maternity nurse trained and registered in the UK or Europe, with confidence in newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery. A career of 3 years since qualifying is required, ideally with a working familiarity with feeding, sleep and settling routines. This Riyadh post is limited to clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe. The family's working language is English, and yours must be fluent, with a signed NDA before details are shared. Your professional history is verified by us before the introduction takes place, including a check of your fitness-to-practise history.
Benefits
- The family offers a gross salary from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Living arrangements within the family's residence in Riyadh are provided by the family. Annual leave is guaranteed in your contract with the family, within a contract intended to run for years. Remuneration, leave and duties are put in writing by the family, so you know where you stand from the start. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
