About this role
A private family based in Jeddah now needs a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse to work closely and quietly with the family. This is a post for a maternity nurse who values precision, within the privacy of the family home. Whenever the family's plans take them from Jeddah to Europe, you hold the same exacting standard of care in every residence. Medical Staff Talent's task ends at introduction and verification; any offer comes from the family, and you accept it directly with them.
Requirements
- Candidates need a nursing qualification and current registration, with documents available for our checks. A baseline of 3+ years of nursing experience applies, reviewed in detail during assessment. Only clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe reach this maternity nurse shortlist, and it is verified at source. Clear English at professional level is expected, and we test this before an introduction is made. The maternity nurse must be willing to move between residences, with the continuity the family expects.
Benefits
- The family offers a gross salary from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Relocation is arranged by the family, and you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. Contract stability is a feature of this post, with leave agreed at the outset in your contract. The family signs the employment contract with you directly, once the family has met you. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
