A private family in Dubai is recruiting a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse to lead their care with precision. The family looks for a maternity nurse whose newborn and maternal assessment is rigorous, with absolute discretion. As the family moves between Dubai, London and the Mediterranean, you continue the same precise routine of newborn and maternal assessment abroad. Verification of the maternity nurse's qualifications is ours; after that the contract is between you and the family alone.

Requirements

• A verified record of a nursing qualification and current registration is the first requirement, recognised across UK and European systems. The maternity nurse should have 3+ years of nursing work to draw on, with standards demonstrable through references. We shortlist the maternity nurse exclusively from UK and European training systems, checked against the issuing body. A signed NDA is a condition of this appointment, and nothing about the family leaves the household. You will need to be at ease with frequent travel, so flexibility is assessed at interview.

Benefits

• Remuneration starts from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Relocation to Dubai is arranged by the family, and you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. The family offers a permanent footing, with continuity for both sides. The signed agreement is yours and the family's, and its terms are agreed before you travel. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
