About this role
The family's household in Riyadh needs a UK & European-trained maternity nurse, for a confidential nursing placement position. You will be trusted with the family's privacy as well as its health, when feeding, sleep and settling routines are part of every week. The family spends part of each year in Europe, and you go too, as feeding, sleep and settling routines matter as much abroad as at home. The family appoints you and issues your contract itself, with Medical Staff Talent limited to introducing and verifying.
Requirements
- A registered maternity nurse in good standing with a UK or European body, proven in newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery. A baseline of 3+ years of practice since qualification applies, because the family values longevity of service. Your professional education must be from a UK or European system. Strong English underpins every conversation with the family and clinics, and strict discretion is a condition of the post. Nothing reaches the family until we have verified your training and standing, which keeps the process clean for everyone.
Benefits
- Salary is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your home within the family's residence in Riyadh is provided by the family, not by Medical Staff Talent. The family allows regular paid time off, alongside a contract designed for long-term stability. You negotiate your terms with the family itself, on terms that reflect feeding, sleep and settling routines. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
