About this role
A private family in Riyadh requires a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse for exclusive household engagement. This appointment demands a clinician who is at ease in a private residence, in a household where the best care is barely noticed. Journeys between Riyadh, Switzerland and the Mediterranean are part of the working pattern, so that the newborn and the mother's recovery never depends on where the family happens to be. The family itself engages the maternity nurse; we vet your credentials before any introduction is made.
Requirements
- A maternity nurse holding up-to-date UK or European registration, and a professional history we can verify quietly. Experience of 2 years in maternity nursing, ideally close to families or private clients. The family asks for UK or European training, verified by us; nothing proceeds until your standing is confirmed. You must communicate in confident English, and you will sign an NDA before introductions begin. Freedom to travel internationally is expected; settling quickly into each new residence matters.
Benefits
- Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Private accommodation within the family's residence is provided by the family. You receive paid leave, with flights home provided by the family; stability of tenure is part of what the family offers. Time abroad carries no cost to you, as the family provides flights and accommodation, so the maternity nurse role carries no travel expense. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
