About this role
On behalf of a private family in Doha, we are sourcing a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse. Calm professionalism and absolute confidentiality define this position, because the residence runs on calm. The family spends part of each year in Europe and on the move, and you remain with them, keeping the newborn and the mother's recovery seamless between residences. The family agrees terms with you directly; Medical Staff Talent introduces you and verifies your background.
Requirements
- Active UK or European nursing registration, free of restrictions, ready to be checked at source. A minimum of 5+ years' post-registration nursing experience is required. Credentials from the UK or Europe are what the family has asked for; your training history is reviewed in full. The family expects polished English, as is a signed non-disclosure agreement. Be prepared for stays abroad that follow the family's calendar; each move should feel effortless to the family.
Benefits
- The family offers a gross salary from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family houses you comfortably within its residence in Doha. The family provides your flights home and your paid leave; the post is designed for stability, not for short assignments. You will not pay for travel with the family, as flights and rooms are provided by the family, and your comfort abroad is looked after. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
