About this role
A private family based in Dubai requires a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse on a permanent basis.
This family needs a maternity nurse with steady, practised hands, and honesty about your record matters.
When the family travels, you travel with them and newborn and maternal care continues throughout.
We vet the credentials first and introduce second; the family issues the contract and you agree its terms with them.
Requirements
-
Qualified maternity nurse, registered in the UK or Europe.
-
2+ years of post-registration practice are required, with dates we can verify.
-
Eligibility rests on UK or European training, for every mandate.
-
Excellent spoken English is required, and an NDA is signed before any detail is shared.
-
Primary-source checks are completed before the family sees your name, and the results are shared with you before they go to the family.
Benefits
-
The tax-free salary is £82,000 – £95,000, for this confidential position.
-
The family provides your accommodation within its residence.
-
The family grants paid holiday each year, and your journeys home are covered too.
-
Written terms come first: the family pays you itself, with no intermediary in the chain.
-
Engagement essentials
-
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
-
Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
-
Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.
-
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
