About this role
A private household in Doha wishes to appoint a UK & European-trained maternity nurse for a long-term post framed as confidential family appointment. This position asks for attentive, gentle nursing and an unfailing sense of routine. Whenever the household moves between Doha and its European residences, you accompany them as a matter of course, so care stays steady through every move. Your contract is with the family in a direct agreement, and we remain available for questions about the process.
Requirements
- The role requires full nursing licensure within a UK or European system. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in one-to-one settings so that you manage a routine confidently. The family sees only clinicians trained and licensed in the UK or Europe, as the basis of every appointment. Professional English and a signed confidentiality agreement are essential to this appointment. Composure, reliability and ease around a private household are essential. We look for someone who is willing to join European and international trips with a valid passport.
Benefits
- You will earn from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Covered by the family: private accommodation within the family's residence, and flights. Regular paid leave, travel home each year and lasting continuity are part of the family's offer. Your contract is with the family personally, with our role limited to a careful introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
