About this role
A private household in Abu Dhabi is seeking a UK & European-trained maternity nurse for the family's confidential family appointment. The role calls for attentive, gentle nursing within the rhythm of a private household. Whether the family is in Abu Dhabi, in London or on the Riviera, the maternity nurse goes with them, and the trust built at home carries across borders. Your contract is with the family from the outset, once our verification of your registration is complete.
Requirements
- The role requires a nursing qualification and active registration from a UK or European body. 2+ years of nursing experience, ideally within private duty or family settings. UK or European training and registration are the entry standard for every maternity nurse we introduce, so that trust begins on firm ground. Excellent English together with written NDA acceptance are required before deployment. Tact, calm authority and an unfailing sense of trust are asked of you. We look for someone who is prepared to move at short notice when the family's plans change.
Benefits
- The package is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Covered by the family: accommodation within the family's residence, and flights. Annual leave on full pay, flights home and contract security are all provided by the family. Your contract is with the family from the outset, following our introduction and checks on your credentials and references. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
