Como Especialista en Inventarios de Mantenimiento, tendrás un papel clave para garantizar la disponibilidad de refacciones, herramientas y materiales que permiten mantener nuestras operaciones funcionando de manera eficiente. Participarás en la gestión de inventarios, sistemas Kanban, control de almacén y optimización de flujos de materiales, contribuyendo directamente a la continuidad operativa y al desempeño del área de mantenimiento.

Cómo generarás impacto

• Monitorearás niveles de inventario y consumo de materiales para asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones.
• Administrarás sistemas Kanban para garantizar el reabastecimiento eficiente de partes y materiales.
• Participarás en auditorías, conteos cíclicos e inventarios físicos para mantener la precisión del inventario.
• Analizarás tendencias y recomendarás acciones para optimizar niveles mínimos y máximos de refacciones.
• Colaborarás con equipos de Producción, Materiales, Compras y Mantenimiento para asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna de recursos.
• Mantendrás registros precisos e integridad de datos en los sistemas de gestión de inventarios.
• Darás seguimiento a indicadores clave como precisión de inventario, rotación y faltantes de stock.
• Contribuirás a la mejora continua de los procesos de almacén y flujo de materiales.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Tu perfil

• Carrera técnica o TSU en Mantenimiento, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica, Industrial o áreas afines.
• También pueden aplicar personas recién egresadas de Ingeniería o con hasta 1-2 años de experiencia profesional.
• Conocimiento básico de control de inventarios, almacenes, sistemas Kanban o procesos de mantenimiento.
• Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
• Capacidad analítica, organización y atención al detalle.
• Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo en entornos de manufactura.
