Job title: Materialista II
About the Role General objective: Responsible for supplying, arranging, and storing raw materials, MRO and movement of finished products to the assigned area; responsible for material transactions in SAP.
What You'll Do
- Provide supply to 4 or more production lines depending on the complexity of the line.
- Segregate line materials for disposition, maintaining order and cleanliness of the area (lines and/or racks).
- Maintain traceability control for each component (batches).
- Review and verify inventories of the assigned area.
- Move and configure pallets as applicable.
- Inventory chemicals for the area.
- Review and document expiry and traceability of chemicals in the area.
- Supply components to the production line according to the required order.
- Accurately record batch numbers in the DHR following GMP practices.
- Use SAP S/4 with movement and material entry/exit view transactions.
- Communicate effectively and participate in daily meetings.
- Maintain respectful communication with Coordinators, Supervisors and colleagues.
- Create a positive work environment and maintain effective relationships.
- Prioritize safety for self and colleagues; report unsafe conditions and participate in corrections.
- Follow company policies and the 5S program; adhere to Reliance training and quality procedures.
- Follow established procedures and methods for material replenishment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar area or position.
- Secondary education: completed or in progress (high school).
- Technical skills: basic mathematics, computer proficiency, basic Office, SAP system.
- Interpersonal skills: organization and planning, effective communication, interpersonal relations, proactive, decision making.
