About the Role Join Grammer as a Material Planning / Logistics Planner in Hefei. You will release material orders and forecasts to suppliers based on the production plan, monitor deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time production and shipping. The role also involves maintaining SAP MRP views, tracking materials through production, and coordinating logistics for project phases to keep the supply chain running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Release material orders and forecasts to suppliers according to the production plan and track receipt confirmations to ensure the master production schedule is met.
- Monitor and report supplier delivery performance; proactively mobilize suppliers for urgent pulls; escalate supply exceptions as needed.
- Perform month-end supplier reconciliations and settlements.
- Establish and monitor material safety stock based on procurement cycles; manage obsolescence risk.
- Track and handle materials and critical parts during production; manage returns and related issues.
- Maintain SAP MRP-related views.
- Plan and track materials during project phases (including supplier reconciliation), coordinate logistics routes, confirm third-party warehouse services, and coordinate pre-production plans with SOP to ensure smooth production and shipping in the project phase.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain or related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in SAP and ERP systems
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
