- Pay: 19.00/hour
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
- A local manufacturing company is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform 100% inspection of molded parts for defects and imperfections
- Inspect hardware and sub-assemblies included with finished products
- Complete required production and quality paperwork accurately
- Maintain production goals and quality standards
- Follow packaging and assembly instructions
- Assemble finished products with hardware and components as directed
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Assist with additional department functions as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

Strong attention to detail

Ability to perform repetitive assembly and inspection tasks

Comfortable handling small components and inserts

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred

Steel-toe shoes required
