About this role

Material Handler

Maintain appropriate levels of prepared dunnage for production packaging.
Ensure finished products are properly labeled, documented, and recorded.
Monitor production lines and remove, close, ticket, and transport full totes or pallets to designated warehouse locations.
Support production crews and assist where needed.
Keep production and warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Load raw materials such as resin, preforms, and other production materials as required.
Pull inventory, complete shipping documentation, and load trailers for deliveries.
Dispose of scrap and recyclable materials, including operating balers or grinders when necessary.
Perform rework, sorting, and quality support duties as assigned.
Follow all company safety policies, GMP practices, food safety standards, and housekeeping requirements.
Maintain accurate production records and inventory documentation.

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the workday.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.
Skills & abilities
Previous forklift experience is required.
Warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory management experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to perform basic math calculations and complete production paperwork accurately.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Manufacturing experience is a plus.
