Job title: Material Handler
About the Role Material Handler responsible for operating powered equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count product. This role includes case-picking by hand up to 35 lbs for roughly 60% of the shift and operating MHE (Electric Pallet Jack and Reach Truck) for about 40%. The aim is to ensure accurate, damage-free goods handling and adherence to customer requirements.
What You'll Do
- Operate powered equipment including Electric Pallet Jack and Reach Truck.
- Physically load product onto equipment, pallets or totes for more than 20% of the shift.
- Put-away and pick product for shipment or stock; verify exact quantity and type per customer order is loaded correctly.
- Compare quantity, quality, labeling, and address with customer orders to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct.
- Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source as necessary.
- Verify and report discrepancies such as non-available products and OS&D.
- Maintain the facility and equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion; inspect equipment daily and complete daily inspections.
- Assist in physical inventories.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 6 months operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklift or Reach Truck (preferred).
- Six months warehouse experience (preferred).
- Six months forklift operation experience (preferred).
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift and handle up to 35 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $22.25 per hour. Eligible for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses.
