About the Role DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations. The role focuses on moving, locating, and counting product, ensuring inbound/outbound quality and accuracy, and supporting order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Operate powered equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack and count product.
- Check inbound and outbound products for damage, infestation, and accuracy; verify codes, dates, and customer requirements.
- Physically load product onto equipment, pallets or totes for more than 20% of the shift.
- Put away and pick product for shipment or stock; ensure exact quantities and types match customer orders.
- Prepare product for shipment using computers, shipping labels and packing lists; verify accuracy.
- Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) as part of daily operations; cross-train across multiple departments.
- Stand for up to 90% of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards in a large logistics environment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year of experience in order fulfillment, including order picking and packing; cross-trained across multiple departments.
- Experience with inbound/outbound shipping, receiving, domestic and international shipping.
- Ability to verify product safety and accuracy; proficient with shipping labels and packing lists.
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is highly desired (e.g., JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP).
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

- WMS experience and cross-training across multiple departments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $19.55 per hour, with a $1.50 shift differential.
