Job Overview
The Warehouse Operations Stager I Associate plays a key role in supporting daily materials management activities to ensure efficient production flow and accurate inventory control. This position is responsible for handling, staging, and documenting materials in accordance with established procedures, quality requirements, and regulatory standards—particularly those related to medical device manufacturing. The Stager I Associate works closely with manufacturing teams, staging personnel, and warehouse staff to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while ensuring materials are consistently available to meet production demands.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Ensures Chest Drains and accessories are boxed, labeled and correctly grouped on pallets.
- Complete medical device history records and ensure proper retention and storage of case labels.
- Assist with basic material handling such as moving product with a manual/electric pallet jack.
- Keep staging floors and immediate work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned warehouse shelf areas.
- Notify leads or Stager II team member when entranceways or aisles need to be cleared.
- Support simple documentation processes as needed.
