Job title: Material Handler - 1st Shift
About the Role ORBI S is hiring an experienced Material Handler to keep our operations running smoothly. The role focuses on warehouse logistics, inventory control, and forklift operation to ensure efficient flow of materials and products in a production environment.
What You'll Do
- Move raw materials, components and finished goods to assigned locations and set up as required
- Ensure material movements follow current procedures for proper identification, FFF, and suitability for storage/equipment
- Load inbound and outbound freight as needed
- Ensure product/product locators are processed into SAP correctly
- Operate equipment such as forklift, shrink-wrap machine, bander, tipper, etc.
- Work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain CI, 5S and STW activities
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Forklift experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Prior experience in warehouse logistics and inventory control
