Job title: Material Flow / Lean Logistics Specialist
About the Role Defines and implements the standard Material Flow processes and KPIs in Raw Materials / Semi-Finished Goods / Finished Goods warehouses. Calculates optimized Kanban quantities considering production/customer demand, supplier box quantity, replenishment time, delivery routes, and ABC/XYZ parameters. Supports the layout optimization and space planning for storage racks, optimizes resources for lean material flow, and contributes to Capex, headcount and space calculations. Maintains MIN-MAX levels in CAO eKanban for cut wires and preassembly products and supports run-in/run-out planning for circuits and sub-assemblies.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement standard Material Flow processes and KPIs in warehouses for Raw Material / Semi-Finished / Finished Goods
- Calculate optimized Kanban quantities considering demand, supplier quantities, replenishment time, routes, and ABC/XYZ parameters
- Define appropriate Kanban box types per material based on quantity, weight, volume, and storage requirements
- Optimize storage layout and space requirements for warehouses, selecting ergonomic locations and appropriate storage conditions per supplier requirements
- Calculate resources needed to run lean material flow (workload, headcount, equipment)
- Calculate Capex (transport and storage equipment), headcount, and space requirements for warehouses
- Prepare and maintain MIN-MAX level calculations in CAO eKanban for cut wires and preassembly products
- Support bundle size definition and plan run-in/run-out for circuits and sub-assemblies
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Industrial Engineering / Logistics or equivalent
- 1 year of experience is appreciated
- Language: French & English

Nice to Have
