About the Role The Material Compliance Manager will oversee the compliance of materials used in Tria’s embedded compute, system and human–machine interface (HMI) solutions, ensuring products meet regulatory and sustainability requirements. This role collaborates with engineering, supply chain and quality teams to enable faster time to market for Avnet’s technologies. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain the material compliance program, policies and procedures for assigned product lines.
- Monitor regulatory developments (RoHS, REACH, conflict minerals, etc.) and translate requirements into actionable engineering and supply chain actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to collect and maintain material declarations, bills of materials, and compliance documentation.
- Support product certifications, audits and customer inquiries.
- Drive continuous improvement in sustainability and regulatory readiness. What We're Looking For
- Experience in material compliance, regulatory affairs or sustainability in electronics or embedded systems.
- Knowledge of RoHS, REACH, conflict minerals, green chemistry, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Strong collaboration, project management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy. Nice to Have
- Experience with global supply chains and supplier audits.
- Certifications in environmental or compliance management (e.g., RBA, ISO 14001).
