Job title: Master Scheduler
About the Role At the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Master Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule, aligning manufacturing and material plans with customer demand, and ensuring delivery timelines are met. This role manages the production operations for the manufacture and repair of aerospace products and is critical in driving operational efficiency, supply chain alignment, and production optimization.
What You'll Do
- Plan and prioritize all production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of all customer orders and plant maintenance using current MRP/ERP software.
- Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
- Work with Operations Supervisor to schedule production for maximum machine utilization.
- Release job orders and deliver them to the appropriate supervisor.
- Ensure job orders are completed before closing them.
- Lead daily morning operations meeting.
- Compare shipping information and delivery dates per customer request.
- Actively support and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge or experience in aerospace manufacturing or related field.
