This role is responsible for developing and maintaining program master schedules to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with contract objectives. It requires collaboration with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to optimize resource allocation.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for programs at Wright-Patterson AFB.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to capture work scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
- Analyze schedule risks, perform impact assessments, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor schedule performance against baselines and report status to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in program scheduling, preferably in defense or aerospace.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling tools and earned value management.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on-site at Wright-Patterson AFB.
