Job Description
- Lead the preparation, review and coordination of master plans, estate layouts, urban design concepts, land-use plans, site development proposals and spatial planning frameworks for UR9 Group's development projects.
- Ensure all UR9 development projects comply with planning approvals, zoning regulations, development control requirements, building setbacks, plot boundaries, access roads, drainage corridors, environmental standards and relevant government planning guidelines.
