Set up new customers in SAP based on Zendesk ticket submitted by Sales Complete supplier forms submitted by new customers Enter approved partner pricing discounts into Partner Portal as promotional code Manage customer price agreements in Salesforce Ensure clean and timely booking of customer purchase orders, including: Proactively audit open quotations for pre-booking accuracy Receive incoming customer purchase orders from Order Management Specialist Review, interpret, and reconcile customer purchase order to Cognex quotation and work with Sales to resolve any discrepancies (units, products, pricing) Attach customer purchase order to Cognex quotation and submit back to Order Management Specialist Create quotes in the following exception-based circumstances: In response to RFQs for known BOMs with pre-approved pricing for high volume OEMs and repeat customers
