Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, massage beds, towels, and other necessary materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Respect clients’ privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
• Manage appointments and maintain accurate booking records.
• Monitor client comfort throughout each session.
• Report equipment issues and replenish treatment supplies when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant massage therapy training or certification.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, or hospitality establishment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of massage techniques, hygiene, and client safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional conduct and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts when required.
