About the Role ANDRITZ Fabrics and Rolls GmbH is a leading global manufacturer of forming fabrics for paper machines. At the Reutlingen site, we produce high-precision, customized forming fabrics in various production areas. We are seeking a Machine Operator (m/w/d) in the weaving area to operate weaving machines, perform maintenance and setup tasks, and contribute to process improvements. What You'll Do
- Operate weaving machines (Webmaschinen)
- Perform maintenance and setup (Wartungs- und Rüstarbeiten)
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
What We're Looking For
- Completed training in a technical or textile-technical field
- Very good visual acuity
- Willingness to work in full continuous shift (including weekends)
- Willingness to work in a team
