Marketplace Account Analyst - CO

• Catalog Management: Create and update listings across Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central), Walmart, and Target Plus using manual and bulk flat-file operations. Resolve listing suppressions, monitor for hijackers, and maintain a real-time catalog health tracker.

• Content QA: Rigorously QA all listing content and A+ modules prior to publishing. Coordinate assets with creative teams, track deadlines, and enforce the strict "content before spend" rule to block ads on unoptimized listings.

• Inventory & Operations: Track FBA and WFS inventory daily, recommend restocks, and create inbound shipments. Audit FBA fees, resolve stranded inventory, and monitor Vendor Central PO fill rates.

• Account Health & Compliance: Monitor the Account Health Dashboard daily for violations and metrics (ODR, late shipments). Manage support cases, draft Plans of Action, execute Brand Registry IP claims, and immediately escalate suspension risks.

• Reporting & Data Management: Extract platform data (Search Query Performance, Helium 10) to compile weekly and monthly reports for QBRs. Flag KPI anomalies early, maintain a shared data repository, and strictly verify data accuracy.

• Promotions Execution: Submit and track Lightning Deals, coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, and Subscribe & Save. Manage Vine enrollments and analyze post-promotion revenue and margin impact.

• Revenue Recovery: File and relentlessly track FBA reimbursement claims and Vendor Central shortage/chargeback disputes to recover lost client revenue.

• Client & Team Support: Attend client calls to document and distribute action items. Manage daily Basecamp updates, maintain operational SOPs, and proactively surface blockers and critical updates to the Manager.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Amazon Experience: 4 years of hands-on Seller Central experience or equivalent structured e-commerce training.

• Flat File Mastery: Practical experience executing and troubleshooting bulk flat file uploads.

• Data Skills: Working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, large exports).

• Extreme Accuracy: Detail-oriented with a strict habit of accuracy to prevent costly catalog and pricing errors.

• Communication: Excellent written English for client interactions and a proactive approach to escalating issues.

• Organization: Proven, systematic ability to manage multiple small obligations across several brands simultaneously.

• Remote Proficiency: Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and overlap with US Eastern business hours.

• AI Literacy: Uses AI (Claude, Gemini) to accelerate drafting and analysis, paired with a mandatory manual verification habit.
