Job title: Marketing Technology Specialist
About the Role The Marketing Technology Specialist will support WilmerHale’s MarTech stack and its intersection with business development and communications. S/he provides in-house expertise, training and support for Clients & Markets on platforms such as webinars, website CMS, CRM, email marketing, video, experience management and analytics, ensuring these tools work together to enhance marketing to clients and prospects.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the technology setup and execution of webinars and virtual meetings to ensure quality control and address technical issues.
- Assess and streamline processes and technology related to webinars and virtual meetings, expand video capabilities and enable on-demand viewing.
- Provide training and assistance to Clients & Markets team members responsible for disseminating event invitations and other email marketing deliverables.
- Master and support platforms including ON24, MS Teams, Vuture, InterAction, Foundation and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends; support testing and rollout and pursue continuous improvement across platforms.
- Provide input on and maintain templates, guidelines and Quick Reference Guides for Clients & Markets use of marketing technology.
- Assist in thought leadership initiatives by creating and disseminating client alerts and blogs via the website CMS and email marketing tool.
- Oversee Clients & Markets coordinator workloads using internal tracking technology; make capacity-driven decisions and monitor timelines; provide status reports to department leader.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with marketing technology platforms (webinars, CMS, CRM, email marketing, video, analytics) and ability to integrate them within business development and communications.
- Strong ability to provide in-house expertise, training and support to Clients & Markets.
- Proven experience managing webinars and virtual meetings technology (e.g., ON24) and expanding video capabilities and on-demand viewing.
- Proficiency with ON24, MS Teams, Vuture, InterAction, Foundation and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Aptitude for evaluating new technologies and trends, testing and rolling out tools, and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience creating and maintaining templates, guidelines and quick reference guides for marketing technology use.
- Familiarity with thought leadership content creation (client alerts and blogs) via website CMS and email marketing.
- Strong project management and workload coordination skills; ability to monitor timelines and report status to leadership.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, Clients & Markets, Information Services and external vendors.
