About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Marketing Strategist to join a growth marketing firm. As a key member of the team, you will develop strategic marketing solutions for clients, drive project success, execute CRM implementation, and ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining strong internal collaboration. What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for client relationships, learning clients' businesses and industries to make proactive, strategic recommendations.
- Proactively communicate strategy, progress, and insights; manage client expectations and ensure a clear understanding of deliverables.
- Understand client needs and provide strategic marketing solutions; ensure an overall positive client experience when working with the team.
- Lead end-to-end project management for campaigns, conferences, and ongoing initiatives; create and manage detailed project timelines; develop and maintain task management in project management platforms.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to align on strategy and deliverables. What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of marketing strategy, project management, lead generation, and CRM implementation.
- Experience with paid acquisition, analytics, and client-facing B2B work.
- Proficiency with tools such as ASANA, Notion, Google Ads, and CRM systems. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000-$75,000 per year (USD).
