The brand is designed to combine great food, stylish ambience, and quality hospitality, creating a memorable experience for individuals, families, friends, and special occasions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Manager

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time (flexible hours with regular evening, weekend and event coverage)

Reports to: The General Manager

Core Purpose

• Build and protect the Cedar Grillz brand identity, grow its online audience, and convert attention into reservations, footfall, conference bookings and loyal guests.
• Own every digital and marketing touchpoint — social media, content, ads, influencers, events and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and protect brand identity, tone of voice, visual style and guidelines
• Plan and manage the full content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp and other platforms
• Create high-quality photos, reels, videos and captions of food, drinks, events and the venue
• Run promotions, campaigns, DJ nights, special events and the grand opening
• Manage influencers, media partnerships and PR
• Plan, run and optimise paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Manage Google Business Profile, reviews and online reputation
• Track performance, produce weekly/monthly reports and manage the marketing budget
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, floor and entertainment teams for authentic content.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or related fields
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR or Business
• 3–5 years’ experience in marketing/social media management, ideally in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle or nightlife
• Strong portfolio of social accounts managed, content created and campaign results
• Proven skills in content creation, copywriting, Meta Ads, analytics and community management
• Graphic design ability (Canva or Adobe) is an advantage
• Minimum age: 22.
