Marketing & Social Media Associate

About the Role As a Marketing & Social Media Associate within EY's Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) team in Thessaloniki, you will support EY’s social media presence in Northern Greece and contribute to local marketing initiatives across Thessaloniki and the region. You will assist in planning, creation, and execution of engaging content to strengthen our brand and support key business priorities. What You'll Do

• Support the execution of social media strategy aligned with EY’s overall objectives.
• Assist in creating, drafting, and editing compelling content in Greek and English for social media channels (posts, stories, short videos).
• Maintain and update social media calendars, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams and service lines to gather content and support approval processes.
• Collaborate with the creative team on visual production.
• Monitor social media performance and support basic reporting on key metrics.
• Contribute ideas for new content formats and ways to improve engagement.
• Support in planning and executing Marketing initiatives in Thessaloniki and northern Greece (events, sponsorships, CSR activities, and other local projects), working with multiple stakeholders within both the BMC team and the Thessaloniki office. What We're Looking For
• Up to 2 years of proven experience in marketing and communications, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Communication, Journalism, Linguistics, Political Science, Business, or related disciplines).
• Good writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and other collaboration/knowledge‑management tools.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Understanding of the use of MarTech platforms and AI tools in campaign execution, reporting, and audience segmentation.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creative mindset and interest in content creation and storytelling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Photo and Video editing skills (CapCut) are considered a plus. Nice to Have
