About Iru

Iru is the AI-powered security & IT platform used by the world’s fastest-growing companies to secure their users, apps, and devices. Built for the AI era, Iru unifies identity & access, endpoint security & management, and compliance automation—collapsing the stack and giving IT & security time and control back.

Iru is backed by some of the smartest investors in tech—General Catalyst, Tiger Global, Felicis, Greycroft, and First Round Capital. In July 2024, Iru raised $100 million from General Catalyst, valuing the company at $850 million. Customers include Cursor, Vercel, Bumble, Plaid, Glean, Apollo, Replit, and Mercor, and Iru partners with industry leaders such as ServiceNow and AWS. Iru was named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startup Employers 2025 list for employee engagement and satisfaction.

The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to build the AI-powered systems, data, and infrastructure behind Iru’s marketing engine. That means making sure data flows cleanly from first touch to closed revenue, campaigns are tracked and attributed correctly, and the team has accurate inputs to make decisions. It also means rethinking how marketing work gets done when AI agents can take on the repetitive parts.

This role reports to the Manager, GTM Operations, and sits between Marketing and GTM Operations. You’ll own our website, HubSpot, campaign, and data infrastructure and keep it all working together. You’ll also build the AI workflows and agents that make the marketing team faster and more effective.

We’re looking for a systems builder who knows how marketing infrastructure works under the hood and sees AI as part of the toolkit, not a side project. As a multi-product company, Iru needs someone who can design infrastructure that scales across product lines, audiences, and motions, and who automates aggressively along the way.

How You Will Make a Difference Day to Day:

Own the architecture of our marketing systems (website, HubSpot, campaign, and data infrastructure) and make sure all of it works together reliably.

Find the highest-volume manual work across marketing and replace it with AI agents and automations. Examples include lead research and enrichment, routing, list building, campaign QA, and reporting.

Build, monitor, and improve the AI workflows you ship. Treat them like products: add fallback logic, track whether they’re working, and iterate.

Map and maintain how data moves across the GTM stack, from website and form capture through HubSpot, the data warehouse, and reporting.

Own website data capture, including forms, tracking, and tag management, so every visitor and conversion is captured correctly and flows into HubSpot.

Set and enforce UTM and campaign tagging standards so every channel and campaign is tracked and attributed accurately.

Design, build, and maintain HubSpot workflows, lead and account scoring, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and custom objects/data models for a multi-product business.

Own MQL definitions, lifecycle stage progression, and lead handoffs to SDRs and Sales.

Manage the broader martech stack, including enrichment and AI tools, and own the integrations between them.

Use SQL to query, model, and validate marketing data. Build dashboards on attribution, campaign performance, and funnel conversion in Hex, Looker, and HubSpot.

Make marketing data AI-ready: structured, clean, and documented so agents and analysts can both trust it.

Work with GTM Ops and GTM Engineering to keep data consistent across functions, and document systems so the team can scale on them.

Minimum Qualifications:

We’re looking for a systems-minded operator who is as comfortable building an AI workflow as running a HubSpot audit.

Experience: 5+ years in Marketing Operations, ideally at a multi-product B2B SaaS company.

AI & Agentic Workflows: Hands-on experience building and running AI-powered workflows or agents in production, using tools like Claude, OpenAI, Clay, n8n, or HubSpot’s AI features. You know where AI adds real leverage and where it adds noise.

HubSpot: Deep hands-on expertise, including workflows, scoring, lifecycle management, and building custom objects and data models.

Systems Architecture: A track record of designing and maintaining marketing and GTM systems, including website, CRM, and campaign infrastructure, and how they connect.

Data & SQL: Strong SQL skills and comfort working with data models, CRM architecture, and warehouse data.

BI & Reporting: Experience building dashboards and analysis in tools like Hex, Looker, or Tableau.

Attribution & Tracking: Strong grasp of UTM governance, campaign tracking, attribution modeling, and funnel analytics.

Integrations: Experience managing APIs, middleware tools, and data syncs across GTM systems.

Operational Rigor: Close attention to detail and the ability to turn messy business needs into clean, scoped builds.

Nice-to-Haves:

LLM APIs: Experience wiring LLM APIs or MCP-connected tools into marketing workflows.

Website Data Capture: Experience with tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager), web analytics, and form-to-CRM data flows.

Enrichment Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, or Clearbit.

Multi-Product GTM: Experience supporting attribution and lifecycle models across several products or business lines.

Security / IT Market: Exposure to B2B security, IT, or infrastructure software companies.
