Zeus Microfinance Bank is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to carry on the business of providing financial services such as savings and deposits, loans, domestic funds transfer and non-financial services to microfinance clients in Abuja and environs.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Marketing Officer
Job Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Scope of The Role
- Responsible for advertisement, business development and income generation in line with Maestro MFB’s financial forecast and Key Performance Indicators.
Specific Responsibilities
- Achieve growth within the Key performance indicators; liability and risk asset generation, account opening and income generation.
- Evaluate the credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits.
- Develop referral networks and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Keep up to date with product information and accurately describe product features and benefits.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Identify market trends and conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaints or objections.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Salary
N120,000 - N140,000 per month.
