About this role
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Patient Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote hospital services: OPD, specialties, diagnostics, HMO partnerships, wellness programs
- Manage hospital brand identity across all channels - digital, print, radio, billboards, events
- Create patient-focused campaigns: health awareness months, free screenings, maternal/child health drives
Digital & Communications:
- Manage website, social media pages, and Google Business profile. Post engaging health content
- Run paid ads: Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Write press releases, newsletters, brochures, flyers, and patient education materials
- Handle online reputation: respond to reviews, manage feedback
Corporate & Community Engagement:
- Build relationships with HMOs, corporate organizations, schools, churches, and NGOs for partnerships
- Organize health talks, medical outreaches, and hospital open days
- Represent the hospital at exhibitions, health fairs, and community events
Business Development & Analytics:
- Track patient referrals, campaign performance, and marketing ROI
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and patient needs
- Work with commercialteam to achieve patient/ revenue targets
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports for management
Compliance:
- Ensure all marketing materials follow MDCN, NHIS/HMO, and hospital ethical guidelines. No misleading medical claims.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BSc / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 2-4 years experience in healthcare, FMCG, or service industry marketing preferred

- Digital marketing: Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO basics
- Excellent written + verbal communication skills
- Content creation, photography, and basic video editing
- Relationship management and presentation skills
- Data analysis and reporting.
