Marketing Manager

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and support revenue growth
- Create and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, calendars, and performance metrics
- Lead advertising, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, and corporate communications initiatives
- Develop and manage social media content, scheduling, analytics, and engagement strategies
- Oversee website content, functionality, SEO, and user experience improvements
- Maintain consistent branding standards across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels
- Develop marketing campaigns supporting products, repairs, PMA approvals, exchange programs, and key business initiatives
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, customer events, and promotional activities
- Produce brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, promotional materials, and sales collateral
- Coordinate with Engineering to maintain technical literature, customer specifications, approvals, and controlled document distribution
- Manage customer communications, product announcements, and marketing campaigns
- Support customer loyalty and recognition programs, including Elite Priority Rewards promotional
