Section: Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
- Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in a real estate company is an advantage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding marketing, sales, or business development targets
- Must have measurable past results that can demonstrate their capacity to deliver against set targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage Marketing Executives
- Experience setting, monitoring, and achieving team targets
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate leads and drive revenue
- Target-driven, proactive, accountable, and results-oriented
