Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager with proven experience in the poultry/agro, business sector.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships engaging industry stakeholders, preparing winning proposals, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop new business opportunities within the poultry/agro sector in Lagos and surrounding regions.
• Build and maintain strong sales relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners while achieving assigned revenue and growth target.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
• provide regular market intelligence to support strategic business decisions
• Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trend, competitor activities, and upcoming project to identify new business opportunities'
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree
• 10 to 12 years of experience in Marketing within the agro business sector, specifically poultry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the poultry market,customer base in Nigeria.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
