About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division in the Adria Balkan region, based in Zagreb. This role supports cross-functional teams with administrative tasks, SAP tasks, and marketing activities to help deliver campaigns and ensure smooth department operations. What You'll Do
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Create purchase orders and code openings (My Materials tool).
- Support tasks in SAP (price checks, stock report checks, etc).
- Send sales quotations to different countries.
- Provide operational support to the Vichy brand team (marketing manager, product managers).
- Perform analytical research support and create reports for marketing manager and product managers.
- Work on marketing tasks such as creating promotional pages, product pages, labels, and basic marketing materials during promotions. What We're Looking For
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Has active student rights for a minimum of 12 months.
- Strong collaboration and networking skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to switch between operational and creative tasks.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong planning and follow-up skills.
- Works with transparency, integrity and respect for others.
- Skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Croatian and English.
