About the Job
As the Marketing & GTM Operations Lead, you will architect and modernize the operational foundation connecting marketing, enablement, and customer-facing teams. You will drive cross-functional efficiency by eliminating manual bottlenecks and designing scalable, automated, and AI-assisted workflows across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle. In this high-leverage role, you will balance strategic systems architecture with hands-on execution, prototyping intelligent automations and translating operational insights into executive business cases. Ultimately, your work will empower go-to-market teams to accelerate pipeline velocity, optimize conversion, and focus on high-impact customer engagements.
Responsibilities

-
Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable automation frameworks across marketing, enablement, and product releases using a structured impact-versus-effort prioritization model.
-
Identify, pilot, and implement practical AI applications and intelligent agents that streamline research, campaign production, and reporting while maintaining strict quality and data privacy standards.
-
Serve as the technical and operational owner of the marketing technology and CRM ecosystem, ensuring seamless data hygiene, governance, lifecycle management, and reliable attribution modeling.
-
Design robust operational dashboards and reporting suites to track core performance metrics, evaluate campaign return on investment, and deliver data-backed strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
-
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate complex business requirements into unified definitions, technical architectures, and seamless operational handoffs.
Minimum Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market operations, supporting complex B2B sales cycles.
-
Demonstrated hands-on experience administering marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, including architecting cross-platform integrations.
-
Proven track record of designing, shipping, and maintaining workflow automations that measurably improve operational velocity, team efficiency, or revenue outcomes.
-
Direct experience evaluating, testing, and implementing applied AI tools or automated workflows within day-to-day business processes.
-
Demonstrated analytical skills in full-funnel data analysis, pipeline attribution modeling, and translating operational data into cross-functional business recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with enterprise integration and orchestration platforms (such as Zapier, Make, Workato, or n8n) and B2B data enrichment platforms.
-
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, relational database querying (SQL), or scripting.
-
Experience building, deploying, or testing large language model (LLM)-based workflows or autonomous agents.
-
Background working within account-based marketing (ABM) or product-led growth (PLG) operating models.

The expected range of compensation for this position based in Toronto, Canada, is $85,000-$98,000 CAD. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a compensation range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits, retirement benefits, life insurance, paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays), and parental leave benefits. This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
Work Environment & Flexibility
At OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment. As a team member with us, you will benefit from a schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage communications - via calls, Slack messages, or emails - outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters. OpenTable will always abide by and consider local laws and regulations.
Inclusion
We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. We know the best ideas come when we bring different voices to the table, so we're building a team as dynamic as the diners and restaurants we serve—and fostering a culture where everyone feels welcome to be themselves.
