About the Role Owner.com helps restaurants grow their online presence with a full marketing and ordering platform. This role focuses on leveraging Owner's suite of tools to improve restaurant online discovery, website performance, online ordering, loyalty, and multichannel communications. You will work with restaurant clients and internal teams to drive growth and ensure a seamless experience across marketing touchpoints. What You'll Do
- Use Owner's marketing suite to help restaurants increase online discovery and sales through website optimization, SEO, online ordering, reviews, and loyalty programs.
- Grow online sales and repeat orders by leveraging Online Ordering, Smart Upsells, Delivery, and Catering features.
- Analyze performance with Owner's Reporting & Analytics and share insights with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with product and support teams to implement best practices across Restaurant Website, Reviews Engine, Listings Management, and integrations (Kitchen Tablet, POS). What We're Looking For
- Interest in restaurant marketing technology and helping clients grow online.
- Ability to learn and navigate a broad marketing software platform with features such as Restaurant Website, Restaurant SEO, Online Menu, Email & SMS Marketing, Push Notifications, Loyalty & Rewards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
