Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's properties and real estate services to prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property buyers.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Organise property viewings, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate with prospective clients and support the closing of property sales and leases.
- Achieve assigned marketing and sales targets.
Requirements

HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet sales targets.

Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Must be proactive, target-driven, and professional.
