Marketing Executive
Location: Victoria Island (V.I), Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's properties and real estate services to prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property buyers.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Organise property viewings, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate with prospective clients and support the closing of property sales and leases.
- Achieve assigned marketing and sales targets.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Must be proactive, target-driven, and professional.
Salary
N250,000 per month.
