Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, confident, creative, and result-oriented Female Marketing Executive to support the growth of our retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the store's products, attracting new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, creating marketing content, and implementing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and create engaging marketing content.
• Promote products through online and offline marketing activities.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and leads to generate sales.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance.

Requirements

• HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.

• Good communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.

• Creative, confident, organised, and target-driven.

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of assigned sales targets.

• Number of new customers acquired.

• Leads generated and converted into sales.

• Growth in brand awareness and social media engagement
