About this role
iHerb is hiring a Marketing Director, APAC — a key business leader driving strategic direction for iHerb's marketing across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a hybrid position based out of either Tokyo, Japan or Seoul, South Korea, requiring frequent travel across APAC.
Responsibilities include developing and executing an end-to-end market growth strategy covering new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, marketplaces, payment partners, and B2B/offline sales; building marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition, and improve retention across APAC; owning the regional marketing budget; partnering cross-functionally with Brand Marketing Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Global Logistics teams; monitoring competitive, regulatory, and compliance developments across APAC; and leading a geographically dispersed team based in Tokyo, Seoul…
