Marketing Data Operations Specialist
Job Description
As a Marketing Data Ops here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, you will understand customer needs and develop targeted campaigns. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and customer data will enable you to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement. Additionally, you will play a leadership role by guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
In this role, you will impact the company by driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Your ability to analyze customer insights, develop personalized marketing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will result in increased market share, revenue growth, and long-term customer loyalty, positioning the company as a leader in the industry.
You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, AME and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty utilizing Marketing Development Fund
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing tactics
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement
- Lead the development and execution of marketing reporting capabilities, including forecasting of spend
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team on leads conversion to pipeline and revenue, monitoring progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

2 plus years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas

Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
