About this role
Crimson Education is the world’s leading college admissions consulting firm, with over 1,740 Ivy League offers and 2,842 to the US Top 15. We help ambitious students gain admission to the world’s top universities through expert-led guidance and proven, data-driven strategies. Crimson students are 7x more likely to get into the Ivy League than their peers. We were recently featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal.
Crimson is the only college admissions consultancy that brings together:
-
Former Ivy League and Top 20 admissions officers to rigorously review and refine applications
-
Professors and PhD teaching fellows from leading universities to guide students through original, independent research — with pathways to selective peer-reviewed publication or conference presentation
-
Past ISEF winners and judges who coach students to compete for state, national, and international science fair awards
-
Capstone project mentors who help students design and scale leadership initiatives with real-world impact, measurable outcomes, and credible external validation
We’re backed by leading VC firms, including Tiger Global, Heal Partners, IceHouse Ventures, and Movac, and recently closed a USD $40M Series D funding round at a USD $640M valuation. We now operate across 21 markets worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand.
The Role
This is a full-time position, based in Remote (India).
You’ll write the pages, forms and content that turn interest into conversations with our advisors across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Manager and Country Manager, and your work will go live within days, in front of thousands of parents and students.
This is a writing-first role. If you love finding the exact words that make a worried parent click “Book a consultation”, you’ll fit in well.
What will you do?

Landing pages and lead forms (around 35%). Write and update copy for campaign landing pages and lead forms. Test headlines, form fields and CTAs, and report on what lifts conversion.
-
Content campaigns (around 25%). Write and produce gated content such as ebooks, guides and checklists for parents and students, and the emails and ads that promote them.
-
PTC campaigns (around 20%). Build and run PTC campaign assets end to end: copy, briefs for design, email sends and performance reporting.
-
Webinars (around 20%). Coordinate the webinar calendar, brief speakers, build registration pages and reminder emails, support live sessions, and report on attendance and lead quality.
-
Localisation. Adapt messaging for different markets across the region, working with native speakers where needed.
Where the role grows (from month 6–9)?
-
Partnerships: supporting school, counsellor and community partnerships with outreach, co-branded content and tracking.

In-person events: venue sourcing, supplier coordination and on-the-day logistics for our regional events.
What skills and experience are required?
-
0–2 years in marketing, content, communications or a related field. Strong internships and freelance work count.

Strong storytelling skill and ability to connect emotionally with target prospects
-
Basic understanding of how paid digital advertising works on Google, Facebook, and other social media platforms
-
An eye for what makes people act: clear headlines, short sentences, a single next step.
-
Strong organisation. You can run several deliverables at once without dropping any.
-
Comfort with tools like Canva, Google Workspace and an email or CRM platform (HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus).
-
Curiosity about numbers. You check what worked and change the next version.
Nice to have:
-
Arabic or Turkish, written or spoken

Experience in education, admissions or a parent-facing brand
